Why is there a registration fee?
It is a one-time fee per student. It covers setting up the student account, class schedules and records, plus facilities, equipment and coaches.
What if my child misses a class?
Tell the coordinator at least 24 hours before class and you can book a replacement within 60 days before or after the missed class, subject to slot availability. Illness is covered with a valid medical certificate.
Do classes run when it rains?
Yes. In heavy rain or thunderstorms, preschool and kids classes switch to land training. Special needs classes are cancelled and replaced.
What should we bring?
Swimwear, goggles, towel and a change of clothes. A swim cap and kickboard help. Babies need a swim diaper plus a normal diaper and wipes for after class.
How young can my baby start?
From 4 months old. Come for a trial class so the coach can check if your baby is ready.
How does the trial class work?
